Shipping is Free on orders of $200 and more.

We currently ship only to the contiguous U.S. (lower 48 states). Also we are unable to ship to PO Boxes or APO addresses at this time.
- Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will reach out to you via e-mail.
If your order is unavailable or discontinued, we will release the pre-authorized funds and they should be available for you in 1-3 business days depending on your bank. If you happy with backorder we will process the charges. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment, we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
- Order Shipment
Standard delivery is 3-10 business days from the date of your order. Some products could take longer depending on the brand. We will send you tracking information of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address youprovided when checking out.
If you do not receive tracking information from us, feel free to follow up with us atsales@huntinggiant.com. In order to bring you the best products we source them from all over the world. That is why some can take up to 3 weeks for delivery.Some products are custom made (made to order) and could take up to 8 weeks for delivery.

- Shipping Terms
Curb side Shipping- Delivered to your curb, most of the time by the mailbox. You will be responsible for moving and assembling products yourself.
Standard Delivery- Delivery to the first enclosed area (door entrance, garage, covered awning, etc).Moving and assembly from that point will be your responsibility.
White Glove Delivery-White-glove service includes unpacking, removal/disposal of packing materials and transporting your order. There are additional costs for white Glove Delivery.Delivery is by appointment. We will call you to set a date.
Returns
We Value Your Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is important to Hunting Giant. If we have made an error while fulfilling your order, please call or e-mail us immediately and we will do everything possible to correct the situation.
- Damages
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive. In the event there is damage do not refuse the package, instead please contact us immediately so we may process a damage claim with the manufacturer.
If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos toreturns@huntinggiant.comand we will process aninsuranceclaim on your behalf.Please note all damage, defective, and incorrect issues must be reported within 5 days from the date of delivery or we will be unable to replace or otherwise warranty the order
- Cancellations
You can cancel your order without any additional costs if your order hasn't been shipped. Please get in touch atsales@huntinggiant.com.If your order has shipped, we will take it back (the customer has to pay shipping costs) if the product is unused, in original packaging,and in good condition. (restocking fee applies)
- Returns
You can return a product 30 days after the initial purchase. You will be refunded the purchase price of the product, excluding all shipping charges (if we have to arrange the return freight) and a 20% re-stocking fee (20% of the purchase price).

- Refunds
Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order. Itemshave to be in original packaging. Depending on your Bank it can take 7 business days for the money to be back in your account.
- Backorder Items (Items Not Available)
In order to put you on theback order list, we have to process your funds. We will ship the product once it becomes available. Ifyou decide thatyou no longer want the item, and want to be removed from the backorder list (cancel order) email us at sales@huntinggiant.com. Depending on your Bank it could take up to 7 business days for the money to be back in your account.
