HUSKY Health is mailing a survey to some member households. The envelope will say, “Your health plan wants to hear from you.” The survey is run by Press Ganey, a company working with the HUSKY Health program.
If you have received this survey, please take the time to fill it out. You can drop the completed survey in the mail, no postage needed! You can also complete it online or over the phone.
