Came today aswalk-in andMrs. Lauretta was very helpful, courteous, and guided methrough the application process. She was very expedient and her smile made mefeel welcomed. Ichose Sunstone Palms Apartments Homes not only based onhow amazing the complex looks but for the attention todetails from Lauretta and the great rental deals. I scheduled atour for 11am Thursday onMonday. Received two emails confirming mytour at11amthroughout the week. At9:46the day ofmy tour Ireceived atext pushing mytour to1pm. There apparently was astaff meeting from 11—1. Well first don’t confirm throughout the week and then change the time the dayoff. Second. Iarrived atthe office at1pm. There was asign onthe door saying they’d beback at1. Istood outside from 1pm until2:02pm when they decided toopen the doors. After already having mytour pushed back inthe first place. Then was told towait onthe couch while the lady helping mehad her husband drop her off food. Then was shown avideo ofthe apartment Iwanted totour instead oftouring ANYTHING inthe complex. Completely horrible experience. Such awaste oftime. That alone made meno longer interested inmovingin.… – show

Okay soI think everyone can see this this place has terrible measures against flooding, roaches, and trash not being taken away even when put out properly. But let meenlighten y'all with photos ofour unit when wefirst movedin. Fried chicken bone ina drawer, the crumbs and aplastic carton inanother, the crab cake box that revealed what the carton wasfor, YEARS ofdust being painted into the vents, spider webs inthe hallway light which ismissing the light bulb (the same was true for theliving room light), rusty crusty leaky faucet that literally has astrand ofhair trapped inthe knob, notp roll holder for the tproll holder, mysterious stains onliving room blinds, and ahole inthe guest room's base molding which allowed the delicious juices from the flooded sidewalk into the room. Not pictured was the oven that werefused toopen the entire time welived here asthere was somuch gunk caked onto the oven racks and the rest ofthe interior. Don't worry itcame with amatching fridge. This was all reported tothe new management onthe damages sheet when wemovedin. The leasing agent came tosee what wewere talking about and acted astonished saying they'll have the cleaning people come by“again”. They totally came the first time amirite. Nothing changed when wecame back. They like maybe vacuum the place and put inlight bulbs. Everything else stayed the same. The rent that they excuse for the 1week left ofthe month when wemoved inwas equivalent tothe amount wehad tospent oncleaning supplies tomake this place bearable for the next year.
This place legit scarredme. I'm soglad tohave movedout. Making this post now that wegot our security deposit back but man the ladies atthe front desk were rude about measking about anETA. Can't wait for them toleave areply tome acting asif they're sorry onthis post.

This BHcompany inthe leasing office iscorrupt. This doesn't include the maintenance staff because; they are cool. The company have different standards for certain people. Iconducted myown internal fact-finding and it’s been confirmed with supporting written statements from new tenants. Some tenants here have iteasy, others get robbed orasked toprovide unscrupulous documents tobe approved for tenancy. Myadvice isto avoid this place. Myfive-year contract end intwo months and Iam relieved. The pictures online donot display atruthful appearance ofthis apartment complex.… – show

Literally, how doI give 0stars? Ido not know how else tosay this but DONOT LIVE HERE.
Let's start all the way atthe beginning. Wewere supposed tomove inat the beginning ofaugust of2021, wemove inbut right before wedo, they tell usours isstill being renovated sothey put usin atemporary unit, and were told nolonger than amonth. Wedidn't get placed ina new unit until the end ofOctober and itwasn't even the original unit, itwas acompletely differentone. Our AChas broken
4times within the year. The maintenance people take forever torespond toa request. They will say they came out toyour apartment but didn't actually, you get the point about how they roll here. The construction people cut straight through mywall from the outside at9inthe morning and “didn't know”. Also, everyone inthe office isrude. Itis actually unacceptable how rude they are off thebat. They don't answer the phones soyour best bet isto godirectly tothe office when you have questions orconcerns. PEOPLE STEAL PACKAGES HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

These people removed myoutside furniture that was onmy back porch they took itoff myporch and they threw itin the garbage for what reason Idon't know why but that's exactly what happened ontop ofthat the roaches are ridiculous the lady Anna inthe front office she's very rude and money hungry
