1. Click on Tools then Internet Options / Properties – You may need to press the ALT key to display the Tools option
2. Select Safety
3. Select the General Tab
4. Click Delete Browsing History
5. Ensure the box for Cookies is checked
6. Click Delete

Internet Explorer 10/11 for Windows 7

1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click on Tools icon (gear symbol) followed by Safety
3. Click Delete Browsing History
4. Ensure the box for Delete Temporary Internet Files is checked
5. Ensure the box for Cookies is checked
6. Ensure History is checked
7. Click Delete

1. On the Tiles view, click on the magnifying glass
2. Type Internet in the search box and after a few seconds Internet Options should appear
3. Click on Internet Options to open the Internet Explorer properties box
4. In the Browsing History section, click Delete
5. Ensure Cookies and Website Data is checked
6. Click Delete

Firefox (later versions only)

1. Click the menu button and choose Options.

2. Select the Privacy panel.

3. Set Firefox will: to Use custom settings for history.
   
4. Click Show Cookies.... The Cookies window will appear.

   

5. In the Search: field, type the name of the site whose cookies you want to remove. The cookies that match your search will be displayed.
6. Select the cookie(s) for the site "www7.marksandspencer.com" in the list and click Remove Selected.
7. Click Close to close the Cookies window. Close the about:preferences page.

Clear your cookies (for this website only)

1. Click the Chrome menu on the browser toolbar.
2. Select Settings.
3. Click Show advanced settings at the bottom of the screen.
4. In the "Privacy" section, click the Content settings button.
5. In the "Cookies" section, click All cookies and site data to open the Cookies and site data dialog.
6. Hover over the site that issued the cookie with your mouse, then click the X that appears on the right corner. You can search for just M&S cookies by typing www7.marksandspencer.com in the Search cookies search box.

1. Touch Chrome menu > Settings.
2. Touch (Advanced) Privacy.
3. Touch Clear browsing data.

Chrome for iOS

Note: you can only delete cookies for all website in Google Chrome for mobile

1. Touch Chrome menu > Settings.
2. Touch Privacy.
3. Choose the data type that you want to clear.
4. Touch Clear.

Safari 6/7 (Mavericks) and Safari 8 (Yosemite)

Important: Changing your cookie preferences or removing cookies and other website data in Safari may change or remove them in other apps, including Dashboard.

1. Choose Safari > Preferences
2. Click Privacy
3. Select "www7.marksandspencer.com"
4. Click Remove.

Safari for iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

1. Tap Settings
2. Scroll down to and tap Safari
3. Scroll down to and tap Advanced
4. Tap Website Data
5. This next screen on your reveals all the cookies that are stored on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch.
6. Find "www7.marksandspencer.com" and swipe right to left on it
7. Tap Delete

Opera (later versions only)

1. In the corner top left and click Opera Menu
2. Go to Settings and select Preferences
3. Click on the Advanced tab
4. On the side Panel click on Cookies and select Manage Cookies
5. Select the website "www7.marksandspencer.com" from the list and click Delete button
